Sulav has acquired diverse experiences in all areas of commercial and business laws. He is responsible for supporting various business law related activities that GLA delivers to its clients.  He is widely involved in the initial phases of the drafting of commercial documents such as contracts, commercial agreements, joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements etc. He is also skilled in providing support in due diligence works and in the preparation of reports with risk analysis.

Education

Sulav has completed BA, LLB in business law majors and is in the final stage of his LLM with commercial law major.

Bar Council

He is admitted to Bar Council of Nepal as an Advocate.
