Degraj Kafle is working as Of Counsel and has acquired varied experience, primarily in preparing documents required for liaising with the authorities of the Government of Nepal and other relevant entities for obtaining licenses, permits, authorizations, certificates, and other business-related approvals. He is highly active and proficient in liaising with government offices and regulatory authorities in the process of securing the authorizations, licenses, permits, certificates, and business documents required by clients, thereby enabling them to operate successful businesses while avoiding legal and regulatory risks.

As Of Counsel, Degraj Kafle also prepares and issues documentation relating to foreign investment approvals and the establishment and operation of business entities by foreign companies in Nepal. His work further includes the study, review, and implementation of industrial projects and other similar cross-border and international transactions.
