Puspa is one of the partners of the law firm.

Puspa’s main areas of experience are drafting dispute settlement and court case-related documents. She is competent in preparing court and arbitration-related documents including complaints,  claims, defense, rejoinders, etc., and other legal documents submitted to different courts including the Supreme Court; and tribunals such as arbitration tribunals, debt recovery tribunals, foreign employment tribunals, revenue tribunals, etc.  As documents are to be prepared in Nepali language and Puspa, in addition to her law degree, holds a master’s degree in language, she is very skilled in generating court-related documents with the required level of language.

Additionally, she is also responsible for coordinating with the other staff in the law firm.  Out of many, one of her major responsibilities is also to foresee the administrative aspects of the law firm.

• Drafting Agreements, Contracts, Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association, and other company-related documents, etc.

Education

Puspa has obtained Bachelor in Law (BL),  and a Master in Law (LLM) in Business and International Trade Law. She also holds a Master in Art (MA) in Language and Literature

Bar Council

Puspa is admitted to Nepal Bar Council as an Advocate.
